We offer several options for paying your water bill…
- Pay at the Lewisburg Water & Wastewater office. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Cash
- Check
- Money Order
- Credit Card
- Bank draft (no fee) — see instructions below
- Pay by Phone 1-855-326-3329 (Be sure to have your account number)
- Pay your bill online
- For echeck payment by phone go to your account, click on Payment Profiles, and set up a profile
Payment Fees: Credit Cards – 2.50 % of subtotal. ACH – $1.00 per transaction ($0.50 added for each additional merchant paid). ACH greater than $10,000.00 – additional 0.20 % charge on amounts exceeding $10,000.00. This amount will appear on your statement
Bank Draft (No Fee)
With bank draft, your water bill is deducted automatically from your bank account on the date shown on your bill. The amount is based on your meter reading and will always match what’s printed on your bill.
To set it up:
- Download and print the Bank Draft Authorization Form (PDF).
- Fill it out with your name, water account number, bank name, bank account number, routing number, and whether the account is checking or savings.
- Attach a voided check or a document from your bank showing your account and routing numbers.
- Sign, date, and return the completed form and attachment to our office in person or by mail (see Contact for our address).
Bank draft continues automatically until you notify us to stop it.
